- Can we visit the factory?
- Yes. The plant is in Baipu, Rugao, Nantong, roughly two hours from Shanghai. Visits and third-party audits are welcomed with prior arrangement.
- Do you accept third-party inspection?
- Yes. SGS, TUV, Intertek, BV and buyer-appointed inspectors are accommodated at any stage of production.
- How is weight accuracy controlled?
- Every batch is checked against calibrated scales at the inspection station before packing, and the published tolerance is the figure we inspect to.
