Ironhue Limited runs its own 8,000 m² plant — 6,000 m² of production floor, 25 lines, 86 staff — with casting, coating and sewing under one roof.
What we believe
Most things are finished on the surface. A coat of paint, a printed mark, a label that wears away.
We work the other way. Colour goes into the material before it is cast, so a scratch shows more of the same colour. Your logo is formed inside the plate, not printed onto it. Every batch is weighed before it leaves.
Every weight we make carries someone else’s name — and ends up in someone’s hands, making them stronger. What lasts is what goes all the way through.

Ironhue Limited is a factory-direct custom strength training equipment manufacturer, head office in Xiamen, China. We help distributors, gym chains and private-label brands build their own lines of dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells, Olympic barbells and functional training accessories — in urethane (CPU), TPU, rubber, vinyl, neoprene and chrome.

Production
From raw steel to loaded container
Every stage below happens inside the plant. Nothing is subcontracted except raw material supply, which is inspected on arrival.
Incoming material
Steel bar, cast iron, polyurethane resin, rubber compound, vinyl and fabric are inspected against the purchase specification before release to production.
Casting and machining
Dumbbell heads, plate discs and kettlebell bodies are cast or machined to weight. Bores are machined and inserts fitted.
Coating and plating
Urethane casting, TPU and rubber moulding, vinyl dipping and multi-layer chrome plating on our own lines.
Assembly and sewing
Handles welded and finished, weights assembled; bags, balls, mats and boxes cut, printed and stitched on the sewing lines.
Inspection and packing
Weight verified on calibrated scales, surface inspected, drop tests on bumpers, then packed to the agreed carton and pallet plan.

Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales before packing, and we run our own in-house checks on coating, dimension and finish. We do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. If you need independent verification, you are welcome to appoint your own inspection or testing agency at any stage of production, before or after shipment — we will arrange access.

Ironhue Limited is a factory-direct custom strength training equipment manufacturer with its head office in Xiamen, China. We help distributors, gym chains and private-label brands build their own lines of dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells, Olympic barbells and functional training accessories — in urethane (CPU), TPU, rubber, vinyl, neoprene and chrome finishes.
Across an 8,000 m² plant with 6,000 m² of production floor, 25 production lines and a team of 86 including 18 technical staff, we cast, mould, plate, sew and weight-inspect in house, so a sample and a production run come out the same. We export to 13 markets across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and Australia. Most of what we make carries someone else's brand, and we keep it that way: customer artwork and products are never published without written permission, and third-party inspection and factory audits are welcome.

Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Visits and third-party audits to our production facility are welcome with prior arrangement — contact our team to schedule.
Do you publish test certificates?
We publish specifications we can stand behind and we do not publish third-party certification we do not hold. Every batch is weight-checked against calibrated scales and inspected in house for coating, dimension and finish. Where a market or a tender requires independent test data, appoint your own testing or inspection agency — we will supply samples and arrange access to production. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, TÜV, Intertek, BV and buyer-appointed inspectors are accommodated at any stage of production.
How is weight accuracy controlled?
Every batch is checked against calibrated scales at the inspection station before packing. The tolerance printed on the specification sheet is the tolerance we inspect to.
Do you make the sewn products yourselves?
Yes. Sewing lines run inside the same plant as the metal and coating lines, so soft goods and free weights ship together without a second supplier.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
IRONHUE is a manufacturer. We operate our own production facility in China, where casting, coating, plating, assembly, sewing and inspection are all carried out in house. Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome.
