Build it under your own brand
We have produced private-label free weights since 2003. The process below is the one every custom order follows, with the timing stated at each step so you can plan a launch backwards from the shipping date.
Process
Five steps from enquiry to container
Requirement confirmation
You send the product list, weights, coating material, colour references and logo artwork. We come back with feasibility, tooling requirements and an indicative price.
Sample production
We produce a physical sample carrying your logo and colour. Sample charges and courier terms are confirmed before we begin.
Sample approval
You approve the sample or request revisions. Approved samples are retained in our plant as the reference for the production run.
Mass production
Production proceeds against the approved sample with in-line inspection at coating, assembly and packing.
Inspection and despatch
Final inspection, photographs sent for your records, loading and despatch on your chosen Incoterm.
Logo marking

Frequently asked
- What is the minimum quantity for a custom logo order?
- Minimum quantity depends on the marking process and the product line, because tooling requirements differ between moulded and printed marking.
- Do you charge for tooling?
- Moulded logo marking requires a mould, and the tooling charge and lead time are quoted with the first order.
- Will you produce for a brand that competes with your other customers?
- Private-label production is confidential. Customer names, artwork and product photographs are never published without written permission.
